Today, we’re going to talk about the spring selling season. Spring has sprung, and we have 60 - 75 days to sell your property. If you’re thinking of selling, if your house is not under contract by mid-July at the latest, there is a chance in won't sell this year.

Ideally, your home should be listed as soon as possible and under contract by the end of June, or mid-July at the latest to take advantage of the prime selling season.

Don’t miss out on the prime selling window!

Statistically speaking, last year 70% of all homes were under contract going into August. If your home isn’t under contract or closed by the end of August, you have missed the prime window to sell your home.

As of April 29th, you want to make sure you get your home under contract ideally by the end of June, mid-July at the lates. I have a client who wanted to put their house on the market by mid-June and I told them the prime selling window will almost be closed by then!
