Our Home-Selling Strategies are Proven to Work
Today we're in Wheaton at the Beacom's residence. They are a smart set of buyers who always do their research before making any sort of decision. They interviewed 2 other real estate teams before hiring us and they said that they liked our team because we had the most comprehensive marketing plan.

They originally found me on Zillow and hired me even though my commission percentage was higher than the other agents they were looking at (3.95% compared to my 5.95%). The Beacom's understood that my marketing plan was supposed to help sell their home, not just list it and then pray that someone might buy it. They were impressed by the focus, energy, and preparation that we used in order to market their home effectively and sell their home quickly. What the Beacom's did best was to take the proactive approach, as opposed to the reactive selling approach. One of the ways that they accomplished this was to participate in our verified house program where their home was inspected and appraised before going on the market. We listed their home just a little below the appraisal price, and the Beacoms were seeing offers on their property within the first few days. 

This is a great example of what can happen when both sides do their jobs. The Beacoms trusted our marketing plan and never second guessed our strategies. Because of this, their home sold quickly and for top dollar.
